En de 1e voorronde van de Popprijs Holland Rijnland 2012 is weer een feit! Gisteravond stonden drie bands klaar om hun plekje in de finale te veroveren met hun eigen muziek. En dat is ze aardig gelukt! Helaas moest er één band sowieso afvallen en kreeg maar één van de andere twee bands gelijk toegang tot dat felbegeerde plekje in de finale. Suffix was de band die dat is gelukt en het jury-oordeel was dan ook lovend! Incease is door naar de halve finale en zal zichzelf daar nog een keer moeten bewijzen.
Het genre van gisteravond was toch wel een beetje te omschrijven als ‘hardrock/metal’. Er werd zelfs gegrunt! Ondanks de niet zo hele grote opkomst was het wel een hele gezellige avond!
