Onze fotograaf Wout Jan heeft wat foto’s gemaakt van het werk op het strand aan de Kustversterking.
Het bouwen aan de kust is al bijna afgerond. Vanaf dinsdag 1 april mogen de strandbezoekers het strand betreden. Met een een tijdelijke brug die er geplaatst is. Het weer zit alvast mee, aankomende week mooi weer voorspeld. Dus dat word lekker genieten op het nieuwe strand.
Werkzaamheden
Ruimtelijke inrichting
- Duinen profileren (strandopgang 13 en 14);
- Duininrichting (helmgras) vanaf strandopgang 12 naar strandopgang 14;
- Verharding strandopgangen aanbrengen, strandopgang 9 tot en met 12. Definitieve aansluiting Boulevard strandopgang 1 tot en met 4 en aanhelen Boulevard. Strandopgang 1 is open.
Uitwateringskanaal
- Uitwateringskanaal: strekdammen aanleggen;
- Aanbrengen hekwerken rondom toekomstig zanddepot aan de zuidzijde uitwatering nabij opgang 14;
- Opruimen en zeven strand aan de noordzijde van het uitwateringskanaal, leegruimen stenen depots.
Zandsuppletie
- Afvoer zinkers zandsuppletie vanaf strand;
- Afronden strandbanket en opschonen strand.
Parkeergarage
- Voorbereidingen treffen aanbrengen tijdelijke drainage parkeergarage.
Overige werkzaamheden
- Plaatsen tijdelijke bruggen;
- Plaatsen tijdelijk en definitief hekwerk langs de strandopgangen;
- Persingen onder Boulevard, graafwerkzaamheden (oostzijde Boulevard) ter hoogte van de Zwaan;
- Nutsbedrijven brengen kabels en leidingen aan in mantelbuizen en aansluiting op walkasten;
- Aanbrengen en aansluiten walkasten strandopgangen 9 tot en met 12;
- Rioolwerkzaamheden Te Brittenstraat;
- Aanbrengen tijdelijke bevoorradingsweg (op het strand).
