Op de boulevard was het gisteravond uitgestorven behalve bij Paal 14 natuurlijk. Daar stonden rijen fietsen en kwam de muziek je tegemoet. Eenmaal binnen viel het ons gelijk op dat Paal14 onwijs groot en mooi is, zeker met die tent over het terras heen.
En daar stonden ze dan de heldinnen van de avond, de gaafste chicks, de pin-ups en dan hebben wij het natuurlijk over de meiden van Liptease met de band the Backstreet Crackbangers. Wij waren al fan vanaf dat we ze afgelopen jaar bij SKA hebben gezien. Ook nu stonden ze op gave hoge pumps en als echte pin-ups gekleed, al moeten we zeggen de outfit die gedragen werd bij het optreden van SKA toch veel leuker was!
Het publiek kon niet stil blijven staan, ook de mannen die bij de bar hingen konden hun voetjes niet stil houden. Het grappige is dat ze allemaal bekende nummers van grote artiesten zingen in de rock-‘n-roll stijl. Soms moet je echt goed luisteren om er achter te komen welk nummer het was maar dat maakt het ook weer onwijs leuk. Ook hebben de dames kekke danspasjes die het hele optreden afmaken. En zoals bij bijna alle bands en artiesten, liep hun optreden heerlijk uit, maar dat maakte voor het publiek niets uit. 😉
Toen was het tijd voor de mannen van The Rudolfs en zoals altijd waren ze weer top. Leo de zanger maakt er altijd op zijn geheel eigenwijze er een show van. Te gek om naar te kijken. Het hele publiek ging los en was dan ook verbaast dat de band moest stoppen. Kijk we snappen wel dat het gaat om geluidsoverlast en dat er een vergunning is voor een bepaalde tijd maar toch was het jammer…
Maar dat de avond voor ons allen te kort was gaf aan hoe gezellig en leuk het was, wij van Kattuk.nl staan nu al te trappelen voor de volgende editie!!! Check ook de foto’s hieronder, de band foto’s volgen later.
